See these before and after photos of this female patient in her early 30s who underwent a breast augmentation under the skilled hands of Dr. James Rough. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 390 cc (right) and 380 cc (left) Mentor saline round smooth moderate plus implants.  They were placed via periareolar incisions and under the pec. muscle.  She also underwent an abdominoplasty with rectus diastasis repair.
