James Rough, M.D.: Breast Augmentation

This lovely patient had a breast augmentation (also known as "Breast Enlargement", "Breast Enhancement Surgery", or "Augmentation Mammaplasty") with Dr. James Rough. She thought her breasts were too small and wanted breast augmentation to enhance the look and feel of her figure. As a result of this, she is very pleased about the enhanced appearance of her breast size and shape because of the placement of breast implants. She underwent placement of 450 cc Mentor silicone round moderate plus profile smooth implants.  They were placed via inframammary fold incisions and under the pec. muscle.
