While in her early 30s this lovely patient underwent a breast augmentation performed by Dr. James Rough. She has been less confident because of her lack of breast shape and hoped that implants would enhance them for a more contoured look. After this, she is more confident with her shapelier breasts. Due to volume asymmetry, she underwent placement of 500 cc HP on the right and 450 cc HP on the left which were round smooth silicone implants under the muscle through incisions placed at the folds.
