Our lovely patient received a breast augmentation (aka "Augmentation Mammaplasty", "Breast Enhancement Surgery", or sometimes "Breast Enhancement") by James Rough, M.D. in Tucson in the year 2021. She had saline breast round smooth implants, 480 cc on the right and 500 cc in the left, placed under the muscle through incisions at the fold.
