Our lovely patient had a breast augmentation (sometimes referred to as "breast implant surgery", "Augmentation Mammaplasty", or "Breast Enlargement") performed by Dr. James Rough. She underwent placement of 400 cc Mentor silicone round smooth moderate plus implants. They were placed via inframammary fold incisions and under the pec. muscle. She was unhappy about the fullness of her breast look and believed that breast implants could help this issue. Because of this she is happy with her increased bust size and feels self-assured in her more balanced shape after breast augmentation.
