This beautiful female patient received a breast augmentation (sometimes called "Breast Enhancement", "Breast Enlargement", or sometimes "breast implant surgery") by James Rough, M.D. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 400 cc (right) and 400 cc (left) Mentor silicone round smooth moderate plus implants. They were placed via inframammary fold incisions and under the pec. muscle.
